1. The service

Caluminate provides Lilly, a personal astrological timing service built around the calendar you already keep. The service combines calculated astrological conditions, the birth-chart information you provide and bounded context from the calendar you choose to connect.

Caluminate reads your own Google calendar and keeps a separate calendar named Caluminate for Lilly’s readings. What you add to your diary in Caluminate, and the times and moments you approve, are written to your own calendar. Lilly moves, resizes or removes an event on your own calendar only when you ask her to and confirm that change. An event removed this way goes to the bin in Google Calendar, where Google holds it for a limited time; while it is there you can restore it yourself, or ask Lilly to put it back. You remain responsible for changes you approve, including any notice Google sends to an event’s guests.

Lilly’s readings and replies are composed with the help of an AI model, grounded in calculated astronomical data. Features and forecast horizons depend on the plan shown when you subscribe. Features described as forthcoming, beta or experimental are not part of the purchased service until they are made available to your account.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Caluminate. You are responsible for providing accurate account and birth information, for keeping access to your account secure, and for all activity under it.

3. Trial, subscription and cancellation

The personal trial lasts seven days. Before any paid subscription begins, Caluminate will show the price, the billing interval and whether payment renews automatically. A subscription continues for the interval shown at checkout, and renews at that interval, until it is cancelled.

Allowances included in a plan, such as horary questions, belong to the billing period in which they are granted and do not carry over to the next.

You may cancel at any time through the account or billing controls. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and access continues until the end of the period already paid for unless the cancellation screen states otherwise. Entries already delivered to a calendar may remain there after access ends, because calendar applications keep downloaded data independently.

Any refund or cooling-off rights you have under applicable law are unaffected. Any additional voluntary refund promise must be stated expressly at checkout; guarantees attached to retired one-off reading products do not apply to a Caluminate subscription.

4. Astrological guidance

Lilly offers astrological interpretation for reflection, preparation and timing. It does not guarantee any outcome and is not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic or other professional advice. Do not rely on the service as the sole basis for a high-risk, safety-critical or legally significant decision.

Lilly may identify strengths, pressures and trade-offs, and may say that no defensible recommendation exists. You remain responsible for your decisions, your commitments and your calendar.

5. Connected calendars

Connect only calendars you are authorised to share. Calendar content may concern other people; do not use Caluminate to disclose information unlawfully or without authority. How Caluminate handles calendar data is set out in the privacy policy.

You may withdraw Google access at any time. If access is revoked, stale or unavailable, readings that depend on your diary may pause until the connection is restored. Availability and processing times can be affected by Google, hosting, model-provider and network services outside Caluminate’s control.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, extract another person’s private information, or send automated requests in a way that degrades the service. Caluminate may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.

7. Intellectual property

Caluminate’s software, design, calculation methods, authored doctrine and generated presentation are protected by intellectual-property law. You may use your personal output for your own private purposes. You must not resell the service, reproduce substantial parts of the system, or present Lilly’s output as professional advice or a guaranteed prediction.

8. Availability and changes

Caluminate may correct errors, improve calculations, change providers and alter future features. Material changes to a paid service or to these terms will be communicated in advance where required, and the revised terms will be published here with a new date. Issued readings keep their recorded calculation and provenance versions even when the system later changes.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, Caluminate is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of astrological guidance, for indirect or consequential loss, or for failures caused by third-party calendar, payment, hosting, model or network services.

Caluminate’s total liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Governing law

Caluminate is based in Ireland and these terms are governed by Irish law. Any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live remain unaffected.
