The service

Caluminate provides Lilly, a personal astrological timing service built around the calendar you already keep. The service may combine calculated astrological conditions, birth-chart information you provide and bounded context from calendars you choose to connect. Current Google access is read-only: Caluminate does not edit, move or delete events on your source calendar.

Features and forecast horizons depend on the plan shown when you subscribe. Features described as forthcoming, beta or experimental are not part of the purchased service until they are made available to your account.

Trial, subscription and cancellation

The personal trial covers seven days. Before any paid subscription begins, Caluminate will show the price, billing interval and whether payment renews automatically. A subscription continues for the interval shown at checkout until cancelled.

You may cancel through the account or billing controls. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid period unless the cancellation screen states otherwise. Previously delivered calendar entries may remain in a calendar client after access ends because calendar applications retain downloaded data independently.

Any refund or cooling-off rights required by applicable law remain unaffected. Any additional voluntary refund promise must be stated expressly at checkout; guarantees attached to retired one-off reading products do not apply to a Caluminate subscription.

Astrological guidance

Lilly offers astrological interpretation for reflection, preparation and timing. It does not guarantee an outcome and is not medical, legal, financial, therapeutic or other professional advice. Do not use the service as the sole basis for a high-risk, safety-critical or legally significant decision.

Lilly may identify strengths, pressures and trade-offs, and may say that no defensible recommendation exists. You remain responsible for your decisions, commitments and calendar.

Your account and connected calendars

You are responsible for providing accurate account and birth information, protecting access to your account and connecting only calendars you are authorised to share. Calendar content may concern other people; do not use Caluminate to disclose information unlawfully or without authority.

You may disconnect Google access at any time. If access is revoked, stale or unavailable, diary-native readings may pause until the connection is restored. Availability and processing times can be affected by Google, hosting, model-provider and network services outside Caluminate’s control.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with its operation, extract another person’s private information, or use automated requests in a way that degrades the service. Caluminate may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.

Intellectual property

Caluminate’s software, design, calculation methods, authored doctrine and generated presentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use personal output for your own private purposes. You must not resell the service, reproduce substantial parts of the system or represent Lilly’s output as professional advice or a guaranteed prediction.

Availability and changes

Caluminate may correct errors, improve calculations, change providers and alter future features. Material changes to a paid service or these terms will be communicated where required. Issued readings retain their recorded calculation and provenance versions even when the system later changes.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that rule, Caluminate is not responsible for decisions made from astrological guidance, indirect or consequential loss, or failures caused by third-party calendar, payment, hosting, model or network services.

Caluminate’s aggregate liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Governing law

Caluminate is based in Ireland. These terms are governed by Irish law, while any mandatory rights you have under the law that applies to you remain unaffected.
