About the trial and subscription
A card is required to start the trial — this prevents repeated free access and lets us commit full access from day one. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before day 7 from your portal and no payment is taken. After 7 days the subscription converts automatically.
Yes. Cancel from your portal before your next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no penalty and nothing is deleted.
The base price is in USD. Stripe's Adaptive Pricing will present you with your local currency equivalent at checkout — you see the converted price before confirming. Settlement is in EUR (Ireland-based business).
Yes, from your portal. Switching to annual takes effect at the next renewal; there is no mid-period refund for the difference.
Your chart, your calendar, your reading library, and all your preferences remain accessible until the end of your paid period. After that, the wheel and free features continue — you lose access to Personal/Deep features only. Your data is not deleted.
No. The Guide is a classical astrology assistant — it reasons from the actual positions in your natal chart using the William Lilly tradition. It is honest about this and will say so if asked. Human reading services are separate; see the Readings catalogue.
If the insight does not read like a real chart, ask for a refund.
If the daily intelligence fails the voice test — hedges, uses banned words, claims houses from a chart with no birth time — we will refund the month. The standard is our own; we hold ourselves to it.
