If your reading does not speak to you, we will make it right. This is not a standard disclaimer — it is a standing commitment, and it is unconditional within 14 days of delivery.
How to claim.
Email us within 14 days of receiving your reading. Tell us what fell short. We will either revise the reading to address your concern or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No forms, no friction.
Before delivery.
If you wish to cancel before your reading is delivered, contact us and we will issue a full refund. Once a reading has been delivered to your portal, the 14-day revision and refund window applies.
Applications.
Applications for The Counsel carry no charge until a seat is offered and accepted. If you are offered a seat and decline, no charge is made.
